Интересно, может все вопли про расизм и дискриминацию у CNN – это проекция такая? Они сами – пойди расисты, и hence всех остальных подозревают в том же? Или просто это у них шариковщина так работает – верным ленинцампрогдемам можно? Биллу К – склонять к сексу подчиненных дамочек, Шарптону – креативно платить налоги, Эллисону (вероятный лидер партии) – дружить с террористами и демонстрировать антисемитизм на уровне кандидата в члены гитлерюгенда...

NC State University revises speech policy after losing court battle with student group represented by "Alliance Defending Freedom". North Carolina State University’s original policy required a permit for nearly any kind of non-commercial student speech or communication anywhere on campus.

The above will eventually happen to all "free speech spaces" and "free speech permits" in anything municipally, state or federally owned. It may be faster to do it once it for all on a federal level, though, but mind you – the above happened under Obama.

Given that federal aid, loan forgiveness and other perks are given "an affirmative way" soon, there will be no group of students to challenge "free speech zones". Exactly the same weay the immigration does to demographics here as we speak.,

Note, no one from "the other side" publicly objected when Obama called "undocumented pre-citizens" to vote on Nov 8, although, in their native lands one can get pretty harsh treatement even for an attempt to carry out the same.
It is more about the culture and the mentality then it is about politics or legal now, thus one or two court cases may not address the issue fo all of us.

If there is no one individual or group who needs the 1A and everyone is rather ready to comply with any "legit-looking" order to shut the heck up – what good is the 1A anyway?

Disagree. obama's presidency brought all these folks who potentially may end up with the stories alike the one of NJ lawsuit (although, not necessarily family related).
I am still waiting to see any justification for each immigration related executive action
I am still waiting for any justification for actions taken by IRS against some right leaning non-profit organizations.
I am eager to learn DOJ/ position (as well as what may supports such position) on Clinton Fund and, in particular, on mail server leaks.
I am interested about DOJ/Obama administration report on legal action taken in order to restrain some groups such as BLM in a lieu of some vandalism and other incidents that took place in Fergusson and Baltimore as well as some recent actions such as beating Trump supporter.
I am absolutely thrilled to follow and learn more about the actions taken to resolve the case of beating of disabled student of native American decent during his excursion to the white house complex.

The list is really long. We got to understand that the burden of responsibility for, let's say, local judge is a bit different then the one carried by the administration in DC.
